What is Cutoff Mark?

The cutoff mark is an agreed score set by a particular institution as a parameter for admitting students into the department of study.

This score is usually accredited to candidates based on their performance in a particular examination. However, students who have scored above the required cutoff mark will be given admission and preferentially treated in the admission process above those who have met the exact cutoff mark.

FUAM Departmental Cutoff Mark

FUAM departmental cut-off mark is usually different from their JAMB cut-off mark. The departmental cut-off mark is the final mark that will determine a candidate’s admission.

For years now, FUAM has not made its departmental merit/ELDS/Catchment cutoff mark public. If we should judge with previous years, then we will be right to say the FUAM departmental cut-off mark for the 2023 session will not be made public.
