Entry Requirements
Credit in English, Mathematics, and Biology or Health Science and any two passes in Physics or Chemistry and any other Subject Chosen from economics, geography, Agric Science at not more than two (2) sittings.

Application Fee for the admission form into the School Of Health Information Management (SHIM), Abubakar Tafewa Balewa University Teaching Hospital (ATBUTH) is the sum of N5000.
Interested applicants should come to the college of Nursing Science ATBUTH, Bauchi, and obtain a scratch card for the application form. On payment of the Application Fee of Five thousand Naira only (N5,000) at the TSA pay point of ATBUTH, Bauchi.
