Akwa Ibom School of Nursing Form for 2020/2021 is Out

Are you a science student interested in getting admitted into the school of nursing without having to pass JAMB? This news is for you. The Akwa Ibom School of Nursing Form 2020/2021 is out.

Applications are invited for admission into the Akwa Ibom State School of Nursing for the Basic and General Nursing programs for the 2020/2021 academic session.

Registration 

Registration Commences from Monday 24th August to Friday 18th September 2020 between the hours of 8:30 am – 3:00 pm daily except public holidays and weekends at the Nursing Services Directorate, Ministry of Health headquarters, Idongesit Nkanga Secretariat, Uyo.

Entry Qualifications

WASSCE, GCE, NECO OR NABTEB with credits in English Language, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.

Intending candidates with waiting May/June WASSCE OR NECO 2019 results can also register with testimonials from their schools.

NABTEB Result cannot be combined with any other.

The qualification age is 16 years and above.

Registration/Processing Fee

 1. Registration fee:

• Indigenes                  –                                   N5,000.00
• Non Indigenes         –                                   N7000.00

 2. Processing fee               –                                   N7,000.00

 3. Nursing and Midwifery Committee      –      N200.00

 4. Customized file             –                                   N300.00

Total:

• Indigenes                   –                     N12,500.00
• Non Indigenes          –                     N14,500.00

Requirements for Registration

1. Three recent color passport photographs
2. Original and two photocopies each of the following: –
3. Educational Certificate – FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO OR NABTEB
4. Birth certificate or Age Declaration
5. Certificate of Local Government of Origin
6. Change of name if applicable)

Entrance Examination Date

The date of the examination has been scheduled to hold on Saturday 3rd October 2020. Candidates are advised to be at the venue on time in order not to be disrupted or held back due to late coming. Further instructions will be communicated at the venue.
