About FUGASHUA
The Federal University Gashua, often known as FUGASHUA, is a university in Nigeria that is located in Gashua, which is located in Yobe State.
Federal University, Gashua was founded in 2013 and is situated in Yobe State, which is located in Northern Nigeria.
The state of Yobe is home to the city of Gashua. Students who are interested in furthering their education have the opportunity to do so at this university. This is because other universities in Nigeria were unable to accept the large number of students who wanted to enroll there, this institution was established so that it could accept more of those students.

FUGASHUA Admission Requirements
UTME Candidates
Only candidates who have marked Federal University Gashua as their first-choice educational institution and have attained 140 points or higher in their JAMB examinations are considered qualified for the screening exercise.
Direct Entry (DE) Candidates
For those seeking admission via the Direct Entry pathway, the criteria involve choosing Federal University Gashua as their First Choice and having either a Distinction, Credit, or Merit in NCE or IJMB with a minimum of 6 points, a Higher National Diploma (HND) with at least Lower Credit, or a Distinction or Upper Credit in Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
