Fed Poly Nekede Cutoff Mark 2023

FPNO’s admission exercise for the 2023/2024 academic session has set a cut-off mark as a decisive eligibility criterion. To qualify for the FPNO Post UTME screening exercise, candidates must have scored 180 and above in the last Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

The set cut-off mark of 180 applies to all the under-listed National Diploma (ND) courses at FPNO. Therefore, only candidates who scored at least 120 are eligible to apply for the ND courses.

How to Calculate Fed Poly Nekede Aggregate Score

Prospective students who took part in the post-UTME/screening exercise at Federal Polytechnic Nekede should have an idea of how to calculate their aggregate score. We will provide you with tips on how to go about the calculation of your aggregate score.

  1. Divide your JAMB score by 8
  2. Divide your post-UTME score by 2
  3. After which you add both of them together.

For example: if you score 200 in JAMB and 50 in post-UTME it means;

200 ÷ 8 = 25
50 ÷ 2 = 25
25 + 25 = 50

Please note that some institutions make use of only the post-UTME results to admit candidates while others make use of O’level and JAMB results to determine a student’s eligibility for admission.
