About Caleb University

Caleb University is a private university located in Imota, Lagos State, Nigeria. It was founded in 2007 by Dr Oladega Adebogun.

The school is licensed by the Federal Government of Nigeria and approved by the Nigeria University Commission (NUC).

Caleb University (CU) embraces innovation and transforms ideas into action. The institution equips its students with both practical and theoretical knowledge and skills to stand out in the labour market and society.

The university offers about 30 degree courses and programs, including 12 Master’s courses and 7 Post Graduate Diploma courses across different faculties.

The Institution has a good and conducive environment. It provides a constant electric supply, accommodation, and a good road network for its students.

The staff of the university are highly knowledgeable and professional in their fields. They often participate in local and international research and have received global awards.

CALEB University School Fees 2023/2024

Caleb University school fees can be paid in 3 installments according to the management of the university. School fees can be paid as follows:

  • 1st installment – 50% of total school fees
  • 2nd installment – 25% of total school fees
  • 3rd installment – 25% of total school fees

Requirements and Documents Needed for CALEB University Internal Screening

I). To be eligible to be admitted into Caleb University, prospective candidates are required to score at least 160 (Caleb University cut-off mark) and above in the just concluded JAMB UTME.

II). Candidates who intend to study at Caleb University must have at least 5 credit passes in Mathematics, English, and other relevant subjects as it relates to their desired course of study in not more than two (2) sittings for them to be qualified to sit for the CALEB post-UTME aptitude test.

 

III). Candidates should come with the original and photocopies of their JAMB result slip.

 

IV). Original copy of the Candidate’s birth declaration or birth certificate.

V). Candidate’s original ‘O’ level certificate(s). Please, be informed that CALEB University doesn’t accept ‘awaiting results’ except through special consideration which would only be at the discretion of the university.

VI) Candidates are also required to come along with their recent passport photographs (Recommended Coloured).

 

 

Caleb University Dress Code

The university has a dress code for all students. If you want to study at CU, then it is necessary you know its dress code; and also other do’s and don’ts before applying for admission.

 

  • Students are not allowed to wear crazy jeans and chinos. According to the management of the school, this dressing is diabolical.
  • Students are not allowed to wear bizarre hairstyles.
  • Indecent dressing of any form is not allowed.
  • Students are not allowed to use cars on campus.
  • Moreso, cooking in the halls of residence is not allowed.
  • Association with the opposite sex at the wrong place, wrong time, and inappropriate manner is punishable.
  • Students who violate any school rules and regulations will face punishment by the school management.
  • Again, the school management allows the students to use mobile phones.
