Admission Requirements for ABUAD Post-UTME/Direct Entry 2023/2024
Candidates seeking admission into ABUAD are required to meet specific criteria based on their chosen programs:
- For the College of Law, five O’Level credit passes at one sitting, including English Language, Mathematics, Literature in English, and any two Social Sciences or Arts Subjects are mandatory.
- For MBBS and Nursing Science programs in the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, five O’Level credit passes at one sitting, including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology are essential.
- For other programs, candidates should have five O’Level credit passes at not more than two sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, and three other relevant subjects to their course of study.
It is important to note that results of past Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) are not accepted.
How to Apply for ABUAD Post-UTME/Direct Entry 2023/2024
Candidates can apply for ABUAD’s Post UTME/Undergraduate Admission Screening online through the university’s admission portal here. This provides the opportunity to also take the POST UTME TEST ONLINE.
Additionally, application forms can be downloaded from the university website abuad.edu.ng, and can also be purchased at designated centers.
Application Fees
For candidates who selected ABUAD in the UTME, the Admission Application Form costs N2,000, while the Screening Fee is N5,000. Direct Entry and Inter-University Transfer application forms are priced at N10,500 each.
Candidates who did not initially choose ABUAD in the UTME can still participate in the Post UTME screening by purchasing a Change of Institution form from the University for N3,500, in addition to the N2,000 for Admission Application Form and N5,000 as the Screening Fee.
