Kogi State Polytechnic Resumption Date Post COVID-19 Released
This is to inform all the students of the Kogi State Polytechnic (KSP), Lokoja, that the management of the institution has announced the resumption date for the continuation of academic activities for the first semester of the 2019/2020 academic session.

Kogi State Poly will resume the first semester of 2019/2020 academic activities on Monday 14th September 2020.
The management of the polytechnic enjoined students to ensure full compliance with safety protocols as clearly specified by the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on Covid-19. The measures include the use of face mask and shield in crowded areas, regular handwashing with soap under running water, and social distancing.
Staff and students will only be permitted into the campus with their identity cards. Students are also by this notice required to resume with evidence of payment of school fees.
The management, according to the Acting Rector, has put necessary measures in place to make the campus conducive for teaching and learning, amongst which are building of a befitting security house, equipping the security personnel with digital security gadgets, lighting to illuminate the campus at night, blockage of multiple entrances, rehabilitation of lecture theatres and expansion of health centre from a 3-bed to a 30-bed medical centre among others.
All Students are therefore requested to resume in earnest unfailingly, as all aspects of academic activities will be pursued with vigor and experience.
