Change of Institution for Non-FUTO First-Choice Candidates

Candidates who did not initially choose FUTO as their first choice University but have attained a minimum UTME score of 160 can apply. They are required to visit the JAMB website for a change of Institution.

Application and Registration Process

1. Visit the FUTO website or click here
2. Navigate to “Prospective Students” > “Undergraduate” > “2023/2024 POST-UTME/Direct Entry Application“.
3. Enter your JAMB Registration Number to generate a Payment Invoice containing the Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR).
4. Make payment at any Bank using the payment invoice or use your ATM Card for online payment.
5. Return to the Application page and re-enter your JAMB Registration number.
6. Complete the form accurately, including your O’Level results.
7. Confirm your entries and submit the application.
8. Print out your acknowledgment slip for future reference.
9. Await further communication from the University.

O’Level Results Upload

Candidates who successfully complete the registration process will receive access to a link for uploading their O’Level credentials for screening. It is crucial to ensure that this is done on JAMB PORTAL no later than September 30, 2023.
